DJ India's Hindustan Copper Cuts Product Prices For March

India's state-run Hindustan Copper Ltd. (513599.BY) has lowered March provisional prices for its copper products, a senior company official said Monday.

The company's 8-millimeter standard copper rods are provisionally priced at INR330,100 a metric ton for March, the official said, down from INR347,512/ton in February.

HCL has also cut its provisional prices for copper rods of more than 8 millimeters in diameter, to INR331,700/ton from INR349,205/ton in February, the company official who declined to be named, said.

The company has also cut the price of copper cathode to INR326,100/ton from February's INR343,282/ton, said the official who did not give any reasons for the provisional price cuts.
